FastBEM Acoustics® is a new generation of software for modeling 3-D acoustic wave problems based on the boundary element method (BEM) and accelerated by the fast multipole method (FMM) and adaptive cross approximation (ACA) method. Large-scale acoustic models with more than 3 millions of DOFs (complex variables) can now be solved using a desktop PC and several millions of DOFs on a high-end PC workstation.
